After testing positive for COVID-19 on Wednesday, President Joe Biden is isolating at his vacation home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said in a statement provided to Business Insider that he is experiencing "mild symptoms" and "will continue to carry out all of his duties fully."

"Throughout our careers, Jill and I have dreamed of being able to buy a place at the beach at home where we can bring the whole family," Biden said in a statement in 2017, Fox News reported. "We feel very lucky that we're now able to make that happen and are looking forward to spending time with our family."
