"I walked through the doors of ILKB in June of 2022. I'm a mom of three and after dealing with all things Covid, and kids, I was losing myself, and desperately needed something for me. I joined during their Kickstart your Summer program and I immediately fell in love with it. The instructors, and members were encouraging, and so much fun to be around. Classes at ILKB are the only exercise program, or method that I've been able to stick with. With everything else I'd get bored or discouraged so I'm so glad I found this place. Shortly after I started coming to classes I remember thinking that it would be really cool to be able to work at ILKB "someday, maybe." And as luck would have it, I started doing so this January. Thank you. Thank you for creating a space, and program where it's okay to go at your own pace. Where there's room for growth, and healing.
